Inka's Berries is one of the world's leading berry producers. The company faced several challenges in establishing standardized harvesting and harvesting management processes, creating real-time visibility of all farming operations, enhancing monitoring and supervision of fruit yields and handling lines, and creating a clear line of sight to yields, yield loss and costs per hectare.

Inka's Berries faced numerous significant challenges related to their harvesting and farming operations. Our assessment revealed opportunities to improve harvesting practices, prevent lost time, and enhance monitoring and supervision of fruit yields and handling lines. However, they lacked the standardized processes and real-time visibility necessary to achieve these goals.

Consolidation and analysis of employee evaluation results, profiling of key positions, and execution of profile and performance tests for first-line leaders. Development of a matrix to identify leadership potential and conducting leadership skills workshops.

Design and implementation of a model to gather and integrate operational, strategic, and tactical indicators of the company in real-time. Creation of targeted visuals connected to Inka's Berries databases to enable dynamic supervision and identification of areas for optimization.

Improved Training for Effective Operations
Ongoing training for operational harvesting and supervision staff to effectively adapt the tools and improvements implemented in the project, interpret dashboards and KPIs, and respond accordingly.

  • ✔ 24% - 27% reduction in labor cost per kilogram, and a 55% reduction in machine sanitation time.
